Captain Duby (nick name that stuck since his brother two years old at the time could not pronounce the original nick name of WW) has more than six years experience as a Captain and more than ten years before that running smaller boats all over the Chesapeake and Atlantic chasing fish. He is committed to finding the best opportunities for quality and quantity and is never afraid to go the extra mile.

He will tell you what your best chance at having a fun productive day before leaving the dock. He knows the Chesapeake Bay intimately from southern Maryland to the Bay Bridge Tunnel and surrounding Atlantic Ocean waters. As a family man, the captain is committed to safety and good judgment on the water. Captain Lowery holds a 25 ton Master U.S. Coast Guard license and fishing licenses in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.
