The Anna Lynn goes where the fish go. Depending on what time of year, the Anna Lynn could be docked at the Virginia Beach Fishing Center or Buzzard's Point Marina.

Virginia Beach Departures

Dec. - Feb, June - Aug.

During the winter, Capt. Lowery moves operations to the Virginia Beach Fishing Center on Rudee Inlet. His intent is to intercept schools of huge rockfish, aka striped bass, migrating south from New Jersey and New York. Some of these fish can top the 50 lb. mark! The Anna Lynn is also at the Virginia Beach Fishing Center June through August running inshore and offshore fishing trips. The first trips are usually to the Chesapeake Light Tower for Spades and then by the end of June we will be running offshore.

Reedville Departures

April Through November

For the Spring and Fall the Anna Lynn departs from Buzzard's Point Marina. From U.S. 360, turn right onto Fairport Rd. at the Tangier Island Cruises sign. Follow Fairport Rd. to the next Tangier Island Cruises sign. Turn left at the sign and follow the road to its terminus. From this departure point, Captain Lowery can quickly reach the Chesapeake Bay minutes from the dock and offer clients a choice between Virginia or Maryland locations, depending on the season.
