Fishing has been a little slower than the typical VA Beach fishing you expect and the cold snap from two weeks ago had a delayed effect on the fishing. We were catching our fish right along some North some South getting lucky and making the right guesses each morning but last Saturday the bite shut off for us for the weekend we looked to the North and came back to Cape Henry and only caught two fish for my party of twelve. I appreciated them hanging with me as I tried to get them over some fish that would eat. On Sunday we jogged 20 miles down the beach found some bait and managed to go 5 for 7 before we lost it. This week we have been doing the same thing going South some and North long distances each way and have been able to get them each day.
