I've been fishing with Captain Lowery for a few years now, and I've come to believe there's no better. I've fished the Bay Area for 30 years with different charters and without a doubt the Anna Lynn and her crew have been outstanding. We have chummed and trolled with the Captain and crew, Bay and ocean fishing, and I must say I've never been disappointed.
Our last charter on the Anna Lynn was in January of 2007 out of Virginia Beach. We had very rough seas and were encouraged to wait a few hours before heading out to sea. We left the marina about 10:00 and headed out, not only did we limit out on rock fish, it was the very first time in 30 years of fishing and that we had nine rods go down at once! With only six fishermen aboard, it was a little hectic but no one fish was lost in the excitement. The Captain and crew were fantastic. Can't way to go again.
